Most advanced automatic controlling systems and MCC systems are adopted to realize full automatic, stable operation of the pre-treatment plants. Processing capacities range from 300 TPD to 12000 TPD, fully compatible with the sizes of extraction plants of your choice.
CFEC Conveying Equipment:

CFEC Soybean Hot De-hulling, Warm De-hulling and Cold De-hulling:
Highly-efficient CFEC de-hulling systems can provide high-percentage de-hulling of the beans. Moreover, they are fully adaptable, it means, you can easily upgrade your cold de-hulling to warm de-hulling, and then to hot De-hulling.
High moisture content beans can be processed without the need of additional dryers. And owing to the fact that most of the hulls are removed before the beans enter crackers and flakers, CFEC de-hulling systems are very “cracker and flaker friendly”, and service life of the cracking rolls and flaking rolls are expanded considerably.
Dust in the plant will be also reduced a lot because of the removal of the hulls. After finished of de-hulling, the temperature and humidity will be adjusted to a suitable state for flaking, therefore, no need for additional treatment before flaking. The air is recycle used, thereby the energy loss will be decreased directly. The soybean is flowing by its own gravity without any conveying equipment of which the cost is saved.
CFEC Air Dryer:
Highly-efficient self-cleaning, and energy saving systems. Material cleaning system is supplied to be against short circuit. Equipped with steam fire fighting system to ensure safe operation.
CFEC Horizontal Conditioner:
High thermal efficiency coupled with low energy consumption, CFEC horizontal conditioners can be started at any time of your choice and the moisture content can be easily adjusted.
CFEC Vertical Cooker-Conditioner:
Multi-section cooking and conditioning, with temperature increased from section to section. Thorough conditioning with adjustable residual timing. Moisture content can be easily adjusted as well.
