Besides of the traditional oils & fats refining process, CFEC has developed an state-of-the-art Double-Shell-Combined Packed-Column Deodorizer (DSPC, Designs already Patented). We have also developed a duplex physical & chemical refining process, which can simply handle crude oil of any give quality . When the quality of the crude oil is changed, operators just need to adjust a few valves and the whole line can be switched from the physical to chemical refining or vice versa. In addition, full range of newly developed techniques have just been incorporated into our refining process, such as, super-wet-de-gumming, automatic feeding of bleaching earth by frequency converter, vacuum bleaching, high vacuum, steam ejecting deodorization, de-acidification and winterization (de-waxing).

This deodorizing technology has been studied and practised for a long time, led by Mr. Ken Carlson, a well-known refining expert . The unique double shell structure ensures that oil that is be treated can be free from possible damage brought about by air leaked into the system. . Such design can also increase the heat efficiency and deodorizing time can be adjusted flexibly within a certain range. The newly DSPC is more efficient, and energy-saving, and in the meantime, does not lost those nice properties of a traditional tray-type DTDC. The addition of the Stripper Heater and Stripper Economizer make the process more flexible. With smooth operation, low maintenance cost, good oil taste, better oil flavor, 0 trans-fatty acid content in the finished product, and non-color-reversion, DSPC proves to be an ideal choice for your future refining plants.
